This unit is intended to be used for ENT surgery and therapy procedures with the application of local anesthesia:

1. Reduction of enlarged/hypertrophied inferior nasal turbinate
2. Dissection and removal of the cartilaginous part of the nasal spur on the septum
3. Surgical treatment of recurrent cryptogenic tonsillitis and recurrent tonsillolith formation without conventional tonsillectomy
4. Reduction of the mass of hypertrophied tonsils
5. Ultrasound-assisted surgery for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
6. Various applications in orofacial region for cutting mucosal-skin lesion (Hypertrophic, premalignant and malignant lesions).
7. Application of instant ultrasonic tracheotomy method in emergancy conditions.
(The given kind of operation does not require suturation, ligature of vessels. It takes 30sec - 1,5 min to perfom the operation, while classical tracheotomy occupies 20-30 min in operation-room conditions).
